My favorite breakfast go to. Very simple recipe with a lot of room for the creative mind to put a twist on the recipe to make their own. Below are the basic ingredients, you can add dried cranberries, roasted coconut, cinnamon etc.

1 1/2 cup- rolled oats

1 tbsp- honey 

1 cup- almond butter 

1 tbsp- coconut oil 

1 tsp- vanilla  

Mix all ingredients together. Once mixture has thicken up and ingredients seem well mixed together roll out bite size balls.

Refrigerate for a more dense consistency! 

I like to roll the balls in coco powder to add a semi sweet touch!

Serving size is about 12-16 balls
